Return Policy
Any CPAP machine, mask, accessory, BIPAP machine, oxygen concentrator or other similar product return must follow the guidelines set by the manufacturer.
Please email us at info@yourcpapneeds.com.au and provide the invoice/receipt number, item description, and serial number(s) of the merchandise you wish to return.
Faulty or defective items will be remediated as per the relevant state legislation. Contact us at info@yourcpapneeds.com.au to discuss how we can resolve faulty or defective products.
Your CPAP Needs is not obligated to provide a refund for change your mind. Unopened product returns can only be accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and include product manuals and other accessories. Returns must be returned via the original purchase method, ie returned by mail. We strongly recommend the use of Registered Post.
A refund will only be issued for the amount of the items on the sale and does not include shipping costs or merchant fees charged.
There is a no-return or exchange policy for any item that is offered for free and without charge or as part of a promotion or exclusive deal. This includes any "Money Back Guarantee" offered by the manufacturer.
